Your company may assign commonly-used websites for you to open in Blue Border in one click from the Workplace app. You can also personally bookmark websites you use for work in the Workplace app for easy access.

You can save website Bookmarks to the Workplace App using the Workplace extension. You can also bookmark "Accounts" (a website with an attached username and password).

Save a Website Bookmark

To save a website Bookmark using the Workplace extension:

1. Open a browser in Venn's Blue Border and navigate to the website you would like to bookmark.
2. Click the Workplace extension at the top of the page.
3. Click Bookmark this page.
4. Optionally change the website name and click Save bookmark.

The account will be saved to the Workplace app on the Websites page. Find it under My Bookmarks.

Star the Bookmark on your My Bookmarks page to add it to your Launch page.

Save an Account (Bookmark + Login Information)

To save a website with an attached username and password:

1. Open a browser in Venn's Blue Border and navigate to the website you would like to bookmark.
2. Log in to the website with your credentials.
3. Venn will recognize you have entered a username and password and a popup will appear at the top of the page.

4. Optionally change the website name and click Save account.

   

The account will be saved to the Workplace app on the Websites page. Find it under My Accounts.

Star the Bookmark on your My Accounts page to add it to your Launch page.
