Fixing Security Compliance Check Failures

In order to ensure the security of your company data, your company can configure Security Compliance Checks that your device must pass in order to use Venn.

To learn about available compliance checks and how to configure them as a Company Manager, see Available Device Compliance Policies.

What are Compliance Checks?

When you sign in, Venn checks your device to ensure it is compliant before you can gain access to your work.

Your company can configure Required and Recommended Compliance Checks.

  • Required Compliance Checks: Devices cannot run Venn if they do not pass these compliance checks. You will not be able to log in to Venn until the issue has been resolved.
  • Recommended Compliance Checks: Devices can run Venn if they do not pass these compliance checks, but your company recommends that you put these security best practices in place.
