Reviewing Activity Logs
To review activity logs:

Navigate to login.venn.com and sign in with valid credentials.
You may be required to verify the sign-in by completing the multi-factor authentication on your mobile device. - Click Company admin or Manage > Company admin.
- Click All activities.
- Activity can be filtered by date range, user/group or by specific activity.
- Click on an activity to view details.
- Click Export activity to download the activity as a CSV file. You can choose from a pre-define list of dates ranges or choose a custom range.
Activity Types
Activities are grouped into distinct categories enabling admins to focus on the activities that are most pertinent to their inquiry.
Account Access
Provides events related to sign-ins, password changes and account locks.
Device Data
Provides events related to removal of Secure Enclave data on the device.
Location & Connectivity
Provides events related to location and ISP changes.
Applications & Websites
Provides events related to webapps (SSO/SAML) and local application installations.
File Sharing
Provides events related to file sharing for Venn's Workplace Drive. Does not provide activity related to 3rd party file systems such as OneDrive or Google Drive.
Device Compliance
Provides events related to device compliance including device posture changes and policy updates by admins.
Guest User
Provides events related to guest users of Venn's Workplace Drive.
Secure Enclave
Provides events related to Secure Enclave including PCG connectivity, enclave start/stop and sharing of app windows.
Mobile Device Management
Provides events related to device enrollment/unenrollment and changes to MDM tokens/certificates.
