Venn facilitates multiple access control methods to secure your Google Workspace resources. This article will detail what methods can be used and how to implement them.
Prerequisite: Restricting access via IP to your Google Workspace instances requires

Google Workspace offers a native way to restrict access to an IP address or IP address range through use of Context-Aware Access levels. This means that users can be prevented from accessing Google Workspace services from any location not specified in the policy.
To restrict access to Google Workspace:
- Obtain the Venn IP Address Configured for your Organization. You will need these in the subsequent steps.
- Create an access level by following Google's instructions for IP address enforcement. You will use the IPs obtained in the previous step.
- The IP addresses should be added to the IP subnet attribute field as shown below:
Once the steps outlined in the IP address enforcement article are completed, Google Workspace will be locked down to only the IP addresses that you have set in the access level.
